Lisa M. Young has been associated with Vasquez & Tosko, LLP for 15 years and brings 30 years of legal experience to the firm.
Ms. Young graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Marketing. She graduated from Cumberland School of Law.
Ms. Young began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in Georgia. Upon moving to Florida, she entered into a civil litigation practice for several years before joining the Florida Attorney General’s Office. While an Assistant Attorney General Ms. Young served in the Consumer Protection Division and as legal counsel to the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. She was appointed as a Special Assistant United States Attorney and assisted in the prosecution of many high profile cases.
Ms. Young then returned to civil practice with an emphasis on Insurance Defense and Commercial Litigation. Her areas of practice include Construction Defect, Premises Liability and Personal Injury.
She is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell and licensed in both Florida and Georgia.
