Gary D. Vasquez

Gary D. Vasquez is a founding partner of Vasquez & Tosko, LLP. He learned the value of hard work at an early age and started his own business in high school.  Gary worked his way through college and earned a B.B.A. in Finance in 1988, a M.B.A. in 1989 and his law degree in 1992. Shortly after beginning his law career, Gary had a case against Wayne Tosko. They became friends and ended up trying a case together in 1994. Their friendship continued to grow and in 2000 the firm was started. Gary’s practice concentrates on complex litigation, medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, premises liability and insurance defense. Gary represents clients throughout the state of Florida (in State and Federal court) and has successfully represented thousands of individuals and businesses.

Gary has an AV Preeminent rating with Martindale-Hubbell and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. When not working, Gary enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary Margaret, and their four children, Perren, Isabel, Claudia and Everett.
